Biography:

Dr. Michael McArdle is a board-certified cardiologist and interventional cardiologist. He specializes in ischemic heart disease and coronary artery disease including complex coronary intervention/stent procedures, and peripheral vascular disease including critical limb ischemia. He is a passionate believer in individualized care and working as a team to keep the heart healthy!

Dr. McArdle was born and raised in Virginia, attending Washington and Lee University and the University of Virginia School of Medicine, where he graduated with honors. He completed his internal medicine residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and his cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at thh Texas Heart Institute in Houston, TX where he worked as clinical faculty after training.

Outside of work, Dr. McArdle is an avid exercise enthusiast, including cycling and weight training, loves to garden and cook for his family, and travel the world whenever time allows! He has a wonderful wife and dog who help support all that he does!
